Voor een internationale en snelgroeiende dienstverlener binnen douane- en logistieke ondersteuning zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Douane Specialist Import & Export. Onze klant is actief in heel Europa en ondersteunt zowel kleine als grote ondernemingen bij hun douaneformaliteiten voor import en export. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.Als Senior Douane Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en efficiënt afhandelen van douaneformaliteiten voor import- en exportdossiers. Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in regio Antwerpen en maakt deel uit van een gemotiveerd en collegiaal team. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Afhandelen van douaneformaliteiten voor import- en exportzendingen Verwerken van douaneaangiftes volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving Opstellen van duidelijke dossierinstructies voor import- en exporttransacties Aanbieden van douanedocumenten aan de douaneautoriteiten ter controle Administratieve opvolging van dossiers in een geautomatiseerd systeem Nauwe samenwerking met collega's en interne afdelingen Correct en klantgericht communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders Minimum HSO of bachelor in logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minstens 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige douanefunctie Klantgericht en communicatief sterk Bij voorkeur een achtergrond in logistiek en/of douane Zelfstandig kunnen werken én een echte teamspeler Accuraat, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk Bereid om zich snel in te werken in complexere dossiers Voldoende IT-vaardig om dagelijks met verschillende systemen te werken Een afwisselende functie in een internationale werkomgeving Ruimte voor opleiding, training en verdere ontwikkeling Marktconform loonpakket met aantrekkelijke extralegale voordelen Mogelijkheid tot telewerk na inwerkperiode (volgens bedrijfsbeleid) Voltijdse tewerkstelling Langetermijnperspectief binnen een groeiende organisatie Wet en Regelgeving, Administratie, Stressbestendigheid, Logistieke sector, SEN, Communicatie, Communicatief sterk, SamenwerkenJBRP1_BE
