Votre rôle

En tant qu'IT Security Officer, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de la résolution des demandes de User Access Management (UAM) de manière sécurisée et efficace. Vous êtes un maillon essentiel dans la gestion des droits d'accès, le respect des normes de conformité et la réduction des risques de sécurité. De plus, vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les questions liées à l'UAM et contribuez activement à la culture de cybersécurité au sein de l'organisation.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gestion des demandes UAM : Traitement et résolution d'environ 6000 tickets UAM par an via Freshservice.

  • Contrôle d'accès et conformité : Réalisation d'audits réguliers sur les applications sensibles et les comptes, garantissant la conformité aux réglementations internes et externes (GDPR, SOX, etc.).

  • Gestion des outils Atlassian : Configuration et sécurisation de Jira et Confluence, tout en assurant le contrôle des droits d'accès.

  • Collaboration avec les équipes internes : Travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT, RH et de sécurité & gouvernance pour garantir un accès fluide et sécurisé.

  • Contribution aux projets de sécurité : Participation à des projets visant à améliorer la gestion des accès et la cybersécurité.

  • Sensibilisation et formation : Promotion de la culture de cybersécurité en informant les utilisateurs sur les bonnes pratiques et les directives de sécurité.

  • Documentation et optimisation : Maintien de documents détaillés sur les modifications et processus, tout en recherchant des améliorations et opportunités d'automatisation.

 Votre profil

  • Expérience minimale de 2 ans en gestion des accès utilisateurs ou dans un rôle similaire en cybersécurité.

  • Connaissance des plateformes IAM, Active Directory et systèmes de gestion de tickets tels que Freshservice.

  • Compréhension des politiques de sécurité et des normes de conformité (ex. GDPR, SOX).

  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et dans l'une des langues nationales.

  • Joueur d'équipe rigoureux avec un souci du détail.

  • Volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter en permanence aux nouvelles technologies et tendances en cybersécurité.

  • Satisfaction des utilisateurs quant au processus UAM.

  • Engagement dans les formations de sensibilisation à la sécurité.
