Als Credit Expert binnen de afdeling Local Business adviseer en ondersteun je de Local Business-adviseurs op het vlak van professionele kredieten, bereid je kredietdossiers voor en beslis je over de kredietaanvragen van klanten.
Local Business maakt deel uit van Enterprises en richt zich op lokale ondernemingen. Het is verdeeld over vier regio's: Antwerpen/Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant/Brussel, Oost-/West-Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Voor deze functie gaat het om de regio Antwerpen-Limburg.
EN IN DETAIL
- Je assisteert en begeleidt de Local Business-adviseurs bij complexe kredietaanvragen.
- Je waakt erover dat de voorgestelde oplossing perfect is afgestemd op de behoeften van de klant en in overeenstemming is met het krediet- en tarificatiebeleid.
- Je ontwikkelt complexere kredietstructuren voor kleine en grote bedragen. In uitzonderlijke gevallen organiseer je een comité om te testen of het kredietdossier bestand is tegen risico's.
- Als er advies vereist is over onroerende of juridische elementen, bespreek je het kredietvoorstel met de juridische dienst.
- Je neemt beslissingen in kredietaanvragen voor Local Business-klanten conform de kredietbevoegdheden.
- Wanneer het risico verslechtert, werk je samen met de Local Business-adviseurs een actieplan uit om de positie van de bank te vrijwaren.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van professionele kredieten aan rechtspersonen.
- Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klanten en kan onderhandelen, rekening houdend met de commerciële en kredietstrategie.
- Je kent de wetgevingen of richtlijnen, zoals de wet Laruelle.
- Je bent een uitstekende kredietanalist. Je beheerst de kredietprocessen en de verschillende tools voor de aanvraag en het beheer van kredieten.
- Je neemt kredietbeslissingen binnen je bevoegdheden.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van zowel Frans als Engels.
- Je kent de volgende tools: Financiële Analyse, Risicoportret, Carla en Pacific.
- Je krijgt een vast contract met een aantrekkelijk salarispakket.
