Descriptif mission
To strengthen our Training Team, we are looking for an Instructor:
As an Instructor, you are responsible for training Technical Performers (Jet Engine Mechanics or Inspectors). You provide methodological and technical training to Technical Performers in the execution of inspection, disassembly, and reassembly tasks related to the maintenance and repair of an aircraft engine in accordance with work instructions. You are responsible for operational technical excellence, including the application of best practices, and assess the skills of Technical Performers as part of their training.
Your profile:
- Hold a Bachelor diploma or equivalent through experience, with in-depth knowledge of good aviation practices and aircraft engine maintenance principles.
- Technical knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Overhaul & Repair) for turbojet engines and problem-solving methods and techniques.
- Good educational skills.
- Organize your work according to the practical training schedule and set priorities according to unexpected quality events.
- Contribute to maintaining the quality system in full compliance with legal requirements and ensuring that quality discrepancies are resolved in accordance with the company's quality system.
- Independently assess and validate the skills of trainees, adapting the training program if necessary.
- Contribute to increasing SAESB's production capacity through a structured training plan, therefore suggesting areas for improvement in training.
- Knowledge of common software (MS Office).
- Good command of English; able to communicate in French and Dutch is a plus.
