Onze organisatie zoekt een uitstekende Verkoopteambegeleider . Als Verkoopteambegeleider zorg je ervoor dat jouw team optimaal functioneert en onze verkoopdoelstellingen worden bereikt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de motivatie, inspiratie en ontwikkeling van het verkoopteam in jouw regio. Wat ga je doen? Motiveer en inspireer jouw verkoopteam door hen te stimuleren om hun volledige potentieel te benutten. Ontwikkel strategieën om commerciële kansen te identificeren en te realiseren. Coördineer en controleren van alle activiteiten die gerelateerd zijn aan de dagelijkse leiding geven aan het verkoopteam. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Area Sales Director en maakt deel uit van het Area Management team (West), samen met de Internal Sales Coach. Wat we zoeken? Een teamleider die duidelijke richtlijnen kan geven aan het verkoopteam en hen motiveert om optimaal te presteren. Iemand die het vermogen heeft om innovatieve oplossingen te vinden voor complexe problemen. Een professional die openstaat voor feedback en zijn/haar fouten erkent en herstelt.
