Om dit groeiverhaal te versterken, zoeken we een Financial & Business Controller die zijn/haar expertise wil inzetten om écht impact te maken.In deze rol werk je rechtstreeks samen met de CFO en fungeer je als zijn/haar rechterhand in alle financiële en strategische domeinen. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de financiële toekomst van het bedrijf, waarbij jouw inzichten rechtstreeks mee aan de basis liggen van belangrijke beslissingen. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Je treedt op als financiële businesspartner voor het management en de operationele teams. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor maand- en jaarafsluiting, budgettering, forecasting en het opstellen van managementrapporten. Je controleert en analyseert de cijfers en vertaalt deze naar strategische aanbevelingen. Je neemt het voortouw in procesoptimalisatie binnen Business Central en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in systemen en processen. Je ondersteunt de CFO bij presentaties, strategische projecten en ad-hocanalyses. Je helpt de organisatie groeien via een sterke mix van financial control en business sense. Een ideale rol als je cijfers wil combineren met strategisch meedenken, efficiëntie en business impact.Je bent analytisch sterk, ondernemend en hebt zin om te bouwen. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting (Handelswetenschappen, Economie, Financiën, Accountancy…). Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur een combinatie van audit en controlling. Je denkt kritisch, werkt gestructureerd en hebt een pragmatische ingesteldheid. Je communiceert vlot met zowel management als operationele teams. Je hebt een natuurlijke interesse in systemen en processen; ervaring met Business Central of een ander ERP is een mooi pluspunt. Je bent ambitieus, ondernemend en krijgt energie van het meebouwen aan iets duurzaams. Je komt terecht in een rol met zichtbare impact en veel ruimte om mee te denken en te groeien.
