Daarom zoeken we jou. Jouw impact Als Performance & Growth Marketeer neem jij ownership over onze commerciële marketing. Van strategie tot uitvoering. Van idee tot conversie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze campagnes net zo hard knallen als onze motoren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor creatie, conversie en optimalisatie van advertenties, wereldwijd én voor zowel B2C als B2B. Je vertaalt commerciële doelen naar datagedreven acties en zit zelf aan de knoppen. Wat ga je doen? Dit is geen ivoren-toren-rol: jij bouwt campagnes en optimaliseert ze dagelijks op basis van data. Je werkt nauw samen met het management, rapporteert helder en fungeert als hun sparringpartner. Je schakelt vlot met Business Development, Design en Sales voor maximale impact. Je monitort en stuurt bij op KPI's zoals leads, engagement en conversie. Wie ben jij?3+ jaar ervaring in performance marketing of commerciële marketing Bachelor of master in marketing (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) Je kent je weg in Meta, Google, TikTok en pikt nieuwe kanalen sneller op dan wij ze kunnen bedenken. Analytisch sterk: jij ziet cijfers en weet exact wat ermee te doen Talen: vlot Nederlands en Engels, Frans is mooi meegenomen Wat krijg je van ons?
