We operate in a dynamic, multi-user logistics facility in Zellik, where teamwork, innovation, and performance go hand in hand. If you're seeking your next leadership challenge and thrive in a hands-on, multilingual, and diverse environment — register your interest now What You Could Be Doing While future opportunities may vary, Supervisors at GXO typically: Lead daily operations and manage a team of Team Leaders and up to 100 indirect employees in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Ensure departmental KPIs and customer service levels are consistently achieved. Train, coach, and motivate teams to deliver high performance. Manage workforce planning, agency liaison, and shift allocation. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment in line with GXO Health & Safety procedures. Work across two shifts (Monday–Friday: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), Saturday morning rotational 4.00 – 12.00. Interact regularly with internal and external customers, unions, and cross-functional teams. What You Need to Succeed We're interested in hearing from people who can bring: Experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution, or production setting. Fluency in Dutch OR French and basic in opposite language (Fluent in French and basic Dutch OR Fluent in Dutch and basic French) Hands-on approach and confidence to lead in a fast-paced logistics operation. Understanding of WMS systems, workforce planning, and continuous improvement. A proactive mindset and ability to inspire and influence others.
