If you share our vision of a seamless, interactive shopping experience, let's drive this together.Role Overview - What's 'In-store'?As Project Manager (Software/ Hardware), you will play a pivotal role in supporting, advising, and facilitating the core processes of the project management team. You will coordinate activities across departments, fostering effective collaboration to optimise workflows and ensure seamless project execution.You will be responsible for preparing and setting up projects and the associated project organisation, as well as leading their implementation within agreed cost, quality, time, organisational and communication parameters. Acting as a key point of expertise for software and hardware issues, you will provide specialist technical support and guidance on complex problems or malfunctions.Through your leadership and communication skills, you will help ensure that project objectives are achieved in full alignment with Toshiba's wider business strategy.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership (20%)Monitor and report on process efficiency, staffing levels and deployment to Professional Services management; recommend and implement improvements.Direct, coach and support project members to ensure quality execution and collaboration.Drive and optimize cooperation between departments.2. Project Planning (10%)Define project scope, objectives, requirements and action plans; secure approval of all project documents.3. Project Implementation (25%)Execute the project plan and deliver periodic progress reports against agreed objectives and results.4. Team & Scope Management (10%)Lead the project team within defined scope; establish and monitor commitments necessary to meet objectives.5. Project Completion (15%)Verify results against the project plan; transfer knowledge and documentation to operational departments once objectives are achieved.6. Continuous Improvement (10%)Propose process and product improvements to enhance quality for future projects, products and services.7. Cross-Project Coordination (10%)Monitor and promote alignment and coherence between related projects and products.8. Other DutiesPerform additional activities as assigned or agreed with management.Which skills, competencies and experience are we looking for? Operational:Quality Orientation: Consistent focus on quality ensures deliverables meet agreed standards and enhance customer satisfaction.Planning & Organising: Advanced planning and organisational skills are critical to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope.5+ year's experience working in project management.
