Your Mission:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, maintaining an accurate project plan.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
- Drive Agile practices within the team for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to take different roles (technical/business) depending on project needs.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager, ideally in Agile environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience or strong interest in AI, IT, or Sustainability projects.
- Versatility is key - Ability to adapt to various roles, including that of Project Facilitator.
- Fluent in English and at least one national language (FR or NL).
