Location: Brussels (Full-Time, Office-Based) Start date: January mandatory:Fluent in french For who: We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of diverse marketing activities. Your mission will be to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping to grow our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively. This position is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, eager to develop broad skills in digital marketing. Join a team of 3 people. What You'll Do: Own Multi-Channel Marketing: Execute our strategie social media, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, blogs, and video content to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Create Engaging Content: Develop and optimize blog posts, social media updates, video scripts, and other marketing materials that resonate with our audience. Optimize Digital Presence: Support SEO and SEA efforts by conducting keyword research, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs. Analyze and Report: Track campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve marketing strategies. Qualifications: Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEA, content marketing, and video production. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create clear and engaging content. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms (linkedin), SEO tools, and content management systems is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
