Over de rol Een Solution Architect ontwerpt en beheert IT-oplossingen binnen de energiesector, met een sterke focus op het ondersteunen van marktprocessen, databeheer en de uitwisseling van klant- en marktgegevens. In deze rol fungeer je als schakel tussen de zakelijke behoeften van stakeholders en de technische implementatie daarvan, met bijzondere aandacht voor centrale platformen die de marktwerking mogelijk maken. Verantwoordelijkheden Ontwerp van oplossingen: Uitwerken van robuuste en toekomstgerichte IT-oplossingen voor databeheer en gegevensuitwisseling. Technische strategie: Vertalen van bedrijfs- en marktbehoeften naar een duidelijke technische architectuur en strategie. Platformondersteuning: Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en het beheer van centrale platformen, inclusief niet-functionele testen en het opzetten van ondersteunende tooling. Operationele ondersteuning: Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse marktwerking door middel van efficiënte plannings- en monitoringtools. Centrale rol: De organisatie vervult een centrale functie in het beheer van gegevens en de ondersteuning van marktprocessen. Samenwerking: Er wordt intensief samengewerkt met netbeheerders en andere marktpartijen. Bijdrage aan de sector: De functie draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering en efficiëntie van de energiesector in een geliberaliseerde markt. Vaardigheden Opleiding & kennis: Masterdiploma in informatica, ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring: Relevante ervaring met solution of IT-architectuur, bij voorkeur in complexe of gereguleerde sectoren (energie, telecom, financiën…). Technische vaardigheden: Kennis van integratiepatronen, data-uitwisseling, middleware en het uitvoeren van niet-functionele testen (NFR). Analytisch vermogen: Sterk in het vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen en -behoeften naar technische oplossingen. Samenwerking: Comfortabel in een rol met veel stakeholdermanagement; kan bruggen slaan tussen business en IT. Communicatie: Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (eventueel Frans is een plus). Persoonlijkheid: Proactief, oplossingsgericht, gestructureerd en in staat om overzicht te bewaren in een complexe omgeving.
