**La description**: Afin de renforcer l'équipe actuelle, nous recherchons un Project Architect/Solution Architect expérimenté. Chez X, nous construisons le meilleur réseau Gigabit pour la Belgique et accélérons le déploiement de la fibre et de la 5G. Ce réseau sera inégalé en termes de capacités, incontournable sur le long terme et ouvert à tous. Nous fonctionnerons comme une entreprise "native numérique", devenant plus légère, sans héritage et vraiment adaptée à un monde numérique. En tant qu'architecte de solutions, vous aiderez à traduire ces nouveaux besoins commerciaux complexes en solutions informatiques de bout en bout. L'équipe d'architectes de solutions compte actuellement 45 spécialistes et experts. Elle intervient dans des solutions informatiques supportant des domaines tels que les nouvelles approches digitales, la vente et le service client, les réseaux fixes et mobiles du futur (Fibre & 5G) et des solutions innovantes pour le résidentiel (Ex Android TV,...), professionnel ( par exemple lieu de travail TIC, sécurité, SD-WAN,...) et marché de gros. **Rôle et responsabilités**: - Comprendre, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers. - Faire la première évaluation de la demande commerciale et déterminer une solution et des coûts de haut niveau (processus d'admission) - Élaborer l'architecture de solution de bout en bout en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de livraison informatique en tenant compte des exigences commerciales (fonctionnelles) et opérationnelles (non fonctionnelles). - Concevoir la solution alignée sur l'architecture cible définie par l'Enterprise Architect. - Soutenir le développement, les tests et la mise en œuvre de la solution. - Partagez votre expérience avec vos collègues Project Architects. - Soutenir les test managers pour définir la stratégie et les scénarios de test **Compétences requises**: - Ingénieur en Télécommunications/Informatique ou équivalent par expérience - 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en informatique. - Une expérience d'au moins 2 à 3 ans dans un rôle similaire (architecte informatique, architecte métier, architecte de solutions) au sein du secteur des télécommunications est un atout majeur. - L'expérience en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel principal est également bonne - Votre approche extravertie vous donne la capacité de construire un réseau au sein de l'entreprise. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome mais aussi en équipe. - Soif d'apprendre avec un esprit ouvert, analytique et créatif. - axée sur les résultats - Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles - Capable de négocier afin de résoudre les conflits et conduire aux décisions - Une première expérience en Agile est un atout pour le poste. - L'anglais est requis.
