As a Temporary Finance Admin Assistant you will support the international Finance department. Your responsibilities as a Temporary Finance Admin Assistant: Supporting the international Finance department with the input of their data (e.g. expenses) Ensuring all data is verified and accurate. Following up on any discrepancies, looking up additional information where needed Supporting the processing of AP invoices when needed The company This company is a multinational Japanese company specialized in high technology products such as sensors, microscopes, laser markers and vision measurement systems. Are you the Temporary Finance Admin Assistant we are looking for? Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be considered a plus Structured and accurate person, with strong Excel and Word skills Attentive to details, even when dealing with repetitive tasks Clear communication skills and a good grasp of the English language Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian Flexible to commit on an interim basis for a period of 12 - 18 months What do we offer?
