Business Support Administrator

The DPS Group Mechelen office is currently looking for a back-office administrator. This role will be assisting with administration for our engineers who work on projects at different clients as well as our internal staff.
Position Responsibilities:
- Timesheet validation & approval at month end
- Expenses validation & approval at month end
- Point of contact for time entry and expenses & associated queries
- Issuing system log-in details to new starters and responding to queries on same
- Main contact for approvals on Vendor Management Systems
- Management of incoming documentation and filing in accordance with ISO standards.
- Interfacing with clients and consultants on a regular basis
- Formatting and creation of various documents
- Assisting with issuance of contracts and other documentation
- Assisting with and completing various reports
- Liaison with Finance department regarding invoice/payment queries
- Other ad hoc duties which may arise.
Skills/Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, people are our business
- ERP System Experience
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to respond quickly and proactively to changing priorities. Flexibility is key within our multi-faceted environment.
- Language Requirements: Fluent English and Dutch, good knowledge of French
