Vacature: Customer Advisor bij Intrum - Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Incassobureau in Gent
Ben jij empathisch met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden? Als Customer Advisor bij Intrum, een toonaangevend maatschappelijk verantwoord incassobureau in Gent, behandel je eerstelijnsklantencontacten via verschillende kanalen en correspondeer je. Je doel is om klanten te motiveren om hun achterstallige betalingen op te pakken en om bij betwistingen de juiste informatie door te geven aan tweedelijns ondersteuning. Dit alles doe je op een empathische en klantgerichte manier, in lijn met onze normen en waarden: empathy, dedication, solutions en ethics.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Empathy: Je onderhoudt mondelinge communicatie (inbound en outbound telefonie) en schriftelijke contacten (via e-mail en brief) met klanten van onze opdrachtgevers, volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je benadert klanten op een empathische manier en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig.
- Dedication: Je streeft naar productiviteitsniveaus en performanceniveaus die voldoen aan de verwachtingen, gemeten aan de hand van de aantallen contacten (inbound/outbound/correspondentie) en het inningsresultaat per maand. Samen met het team haal je de gestelde deadlines. Resultaten neerzetten geven jou absoluut voldoening.
- Solutions: Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve behandeling van dossiers en streeft naar klantentevredenheid, waarbij je klanten begeleidt naar de beste betaaloplossingen in overeenstemming met de wetgeving. Je denkt proactief na over oplossingen om de dossiers te verbeteren en de inkomende correspondentie te verminderen.
- Ethics: Je handelt in overeenstemming met normen en waarden en waarborgt de privacy van klantgegevens. Je houdt je strikt aan de GDPR, zowel bij de verwerking van persoonlijke informatie als in de omgang met klanten, collega's en opdrachtgevers. Een ethische en professionele benadering is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
