Overview Join to apply for the Business Consultant (Care) role at ZORGI Responsibilities Je zorgt voor de implementatie van ons elektronisch patiëntendossier in Nederlandstalige ziekenhuizen in Brussel. Samen met de hoofdgebruikers en projectcoördinatoren bij de klant bepaal je de TO-BE situatie en begeleid je op basis van de AS-IS situatie het traject van de transformatie van de oplossing. Afhankelijk van de behoefte van de klant configureer en parametreer je onze software. Je staat de opdrachtgever bij tijdens de verschillende fasen van het project met behulp van workshops en trainingen. Je neemt deel aan het opstellen en bijwerken van documentatie met betrekking tot de industrialisatie van implementatiediensten. Proces Je werkt samen met alle betrokken teams, zowel bij de klant als intern, om onze methodiek en het benodigde implementatiemateriaal te verbeteren, zoals de Train-the-Trainer documentatie en de tools om de configuratie te ondersteunen. Als onderdeel van aanvragen tot verbetering en toevoeging van nieuwe functionaliteiten aan de toevertrouwde modules, ben jij de schakel tussen deze aanvragen en onze interne teams. Demo, training en documentbeheer Je werkt samen aan het commerciële traject door demo\'s uit te voeren en implementatievragen te beantwoorden als onderdeel van RFI\'s en RFP\'s. Je bent bereid mee te werken aan het maken van trainingsmateriaal (papier, video\'s, hulp, etc.). Diensten Op basis van jouw ervaring identificeer je potentiële diensten met een hoge toegevoegde waarde die aan klanten kunnen worden aangeboden. Je werkt mee aan de beschrijving en implementatie van nieuwe diensten in samenwerking met je collega's. Je schrijft de gebruikershandleidingen voor deze verschillende diensten en documenteert de catalogus van aangeboden diensten. Ondersteuning Intern definieer je testcases en valideer je de correcte werking van onze software door functionele tests te ondersteunen of uit te voeren. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het ondersteuningsproces rond de implementatie van de apotheek oplossing: Door aanvragen van klanten op te volgen. Door jouw collega\'s van 1st line support bij te staan. Door vragen van onze partners te beantwoorden. Vereisten Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve, paramedische of farmaceutische functie in een ziekenhuis. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. Ervaring met integratiestandaarden binnen de Belgische gezondheidszorg, specifieke departementale ziekenhuisoplossingen, en technische aspecten van implementaties (zoals datamigraties) zijn allen duidelijke pluspunten. Je hebt een analytische geest en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met procesmatig en conceptueel denken, waarbij je je inleeft in de business processen van onze klanten. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent flexibel wat betreft plaats en tijd van tewerkstelling. Je bent empathisch, hebt aandacht voor moeilijkheden, denkt oplossingsgericht en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
