About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing real estate development company headquartered in Brussels and active across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. With an ambitious pipeline of large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, the company is driven by innovation, quality, and sustainable design.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate major real estate development projects from design to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the company's high standards of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle — from conception, design, and permitting through construction and delivery.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.Ensure compliance with technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Report regularly to management and key stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.Drive sustainability and innovation initiatives within each project.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.ProfileMaster's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.2 to 8 years of experience in project management, ideally in real estate development, construction, or architecture.Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).Autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail.What's the client OfferAn opportunity to join a rapidly growing company working on prestigious, large-scale projects across multiple countries.A stimulating, collaborative work environment with real opportunities for growth and development.Competitive salary package with attractive benefits.
