Project Manager

As a Project Manager, your main role will be to ensure that all projects are delivered with the highest quality, structure, and best practices.
Your primary responsibility will be to link business requirements with IT usage while guiding the development and testing of new and existing products. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and tools. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables based on business requirements and priorities
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing best practices and standards
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team members
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
- Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and tools
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing best practices and implementing process improvements
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc. is a mustKnowledge of project methodology (SCRUM, Prince2, Activate, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP processes and/or SAP technologies is a plus
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP) is a plusStrong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
- **You are fluent in either Dutch or French with a good understanding of the other language**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract, Freelance
Pay: €3.000,00 - €5.000,00 per month
