**Principal tasks you'll be doing***
- Oversee the implementation of information systems to meet business needs, utilizing necessary resources and skills within agreed cost, timescale, and quality limits.
- Propose project strategies, planning, task definitions, and deliverables, review project outcomes, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, tracking, and organization.
- Lead the team responsible for project activities and review their outputs.
- Participate in functional work groups and progress meetings.
- Estimate costs, timelines, and resource requirements for successful project completion according to agreed terms of reference.
- Develop and maintain project and quality plans, monitor adherence to the plan, and provide regular and accurate updates.
- Monitor costs, timescales, and resources used, and take corrective action when these deviate from agreed tolerances.
- Manage change control procedures, securing approval for project revisions from sponsors.
- Provide effective leadership to the project team, ensuring members are motivated and continually developing their skills and experience.

- You possess comprehensive knowledge of project management standards and methodologies, including Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Tracking.
- You are well-versed in Agile methodology, Scrum Management, and Lean agile principles.
- You excel in facilitating meetings.
- You have strong technical knowledge related to project aspects.
- You hold practical knowledge of reporting methods.
- You are proficient with project management tools such as MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
