Als Business & Finance Support ben je de rechterhand van de zaakvoerder en de centrale spilfiguur binnen de organisatie. Je vervult een veelzijdige functie waarin je organisatorisch inzicht, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden combineert om de dagelijkse werking te stroomlijnen. Je takenpakket is breed en gevarieerd. Enerzijds bied je directe ondersteuning aan het management door de agenda en mailbox proactief te beheren, afspraken te coördineren en deadlines nauwgezet te bewaken. Anderzijds ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze finance support. Dit omvat het beheer van de facturatie en het inboeken van facturen, het up-to-date houden van het CRM-systeem, het voorbereiden van dossiers en de algemene administratieve opvolging. Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills? Als persoon ben jij iemand die: Uiterst georganiseerd, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig is, met een scherp oog voor detail; Proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht denkt; je neemt graag initiatief om processen te optimaliseren; Discreet, betrouwbaar en loyaal is, en integer omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie; Een echte teamspeler is die voldoening haalt uit het ontzorgen van anderen en gelooft in de kracht van samenwerking. Verder kan je volgende zaken afvinken: Je beschikt over een diploma en hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een ondersteunende, coördinerende of administratieve rol. Je bent digitaal vaardig, kan vlot overweg met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe software aan. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Je beschikt over een natuurlijke flair voor communicatie.
