Overview As a functional advisor in Dynamics 365 Finance you will be responsible for the process design, implementation and testing of the Dynamics 365 Finance solution. You will guide our (inter)national customers in how they should transform their finance organization in such a way that it is more performant by leveraging the Microsoft dynamics 365 platform to its full extent. An important part is the creation of the to-be processes to align with the standard way of working in Dynamics 365 as much as possible. You will be supported by one or more business consultants who have a strong focus on process knowledge whilst your focus will be on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Furthermore you can count on the support of the solution architect and a technical team for integration, interacting, custom development, migration, build and release activities. Our customers rely on KPMG to take ownership on key positions that determine the success or failure of the project. This takes besides IT knowledge also soft skills such as good communication, change management abilities, building customer relations, and a strong dedication to quality. Following the market developments and trends you will be part of the expansion of our team, services and the corresponding opportunities in enterprise solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Guide customer in the transformation of their finance function by organizing and executing workshops Execute FIT/GAP workshops and create the to-be process designs using the APQC process model aligned with the dynamics 365 finance capabilities Create the functional designs and provide information towards the technical team for any Gaps (interfaces, customer development …) that should be solved. Configuration of the solution Write test scenarios and execute functional testing Assist in integration testing Support customers during UAT Create training material and training of customers Assist in the financial data migration rehearsals and go-live activities Assist in the change management component of business transformations by acting as a change agent and ambassador Assist in the Quality Assurance component of large scale ERP implementations in topics as peer reviews, risk assessments, issue assessments … Ready to continuously invest time to keep up-to-date with the latest capabilities, functions and features in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solution and act as an advocate in spreading this knowledge within the teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
