QUE FAIT SPIEcialiste Project Manager - Infrastructure - Wallonie ?
SPIE est actif sur l'ensemble du territoire belge à travers des chantiers très divers et exigeants.
SPIE Infrastructure Project gère actuellement des travaux dans les domaines aéroportuaires, ferroviaires, voies navigables et voiries.
Vous seriez amené, pour des projets d'installation principalement en Wallonie, à :
- Être responsable des aspects de sécurité, techniques, commerciaux, contractuels, qualitatifs, méthodiques et financiers de vos projets.
- Effectuer le reporting financier mensuel en veillant à assurer le rendement financier des projets ainsi que son financement.
- Mener et guider votre équipe de projet à l'aide d'une bonne préparation et planification.
- Suivre les règles d'or du projet management notamment en matière de planning, respect des délais, suivi, gestion financière, …
- Être en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les sous-traitants.
- Effectuer les évolutions annuelles du personnel sous sa conduite et participer activement aux plans annuels en matière de formation et sécurité avec la direction du Department Project Manager.
- Assister la partie commerciale durant les phases de développement notamment pour l'optimisation des rendements, les choix techniques et la rédaction de l'offre technique.
- Avec votre équipe et support, vous occuper de la coordination du projet et organisez votre travail de manière autonome avec le support de votre Department Manager.
- Assurer le suivi sur chantier des effectifs afin d'en assurer le bon déroulement.
- Votre leadership est positif et bienveillant. Vous êtes aussi le moteur du bon esprit d'équipe tant sur les projets qu'au niveau de la division Infrastructure.
QU'EST-CE QUI VOUS REND TELLEMENT SPIECIALISTE ?
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire dans des projets d'infrastructure.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur dans un domaine technique tel que l'électromécanique, l'électricité ou l'automatisation (ou équivalent par l'expérience).
- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes informatiques (Suite Office).
- Vous êtes à l'aise en électricité industrielle.
- Vous maîtrisez des logiciels de planning comme Projet Professionnel.
