Tills Solutions is sinds 2008 uitgegroeid tot een vaste waarde als partner in de digitalisering van horecazaken. Als verdeler van Lightspeed, Shopcaisse en Restomax installeren en ondersteunen we kassasystemen in geheel België met alle nodige apparatuur die een installatie nodig heeft. Of het nu gaat over een feilloos werkend draadloos netwerk, een altijd-online blijvende omgeving om geen enkel online order te missen, of een gekoppelde betaalterminal die jou via eenvoudige rapporten betere inzichten geeft, of gewoonweg een kassasysteem die gebruiksvriendelijk is, we hielpen hier intussen al meer dan 1000 zaken mee

Om onze verdere groei te kunnen verzekeren, zonder in te boeten op onze kwalitatieve serviceverlening, en onze flexibiliteit nog te vergroten is Tills Solutions voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding op zoek naar een Support Engineer die zich naast de Nederlandstalige ook zal ontfermen over de Franstalige klanten.

Wie zoeken we?
  • Een joviale persoonlijkheid die (liefst) ervaring heeft in de horeca, affiniteit heeft met informatica in het algemeen, en graag de zaken zelfstandig en resultaatgericht aanpakt.
  • Iemand die weet dat er duizend en één communicatiemiddelen bestaan (en deze ook beheerst) maar beseft dat hij/zij voor deze job ook mondeling moet kunnen communiceren.
  • Iemand die met de glimlach zijn klanten te woord staat, altijd zoekt naar de beste oplossing, en deze dan ook gefundeerd kan verdedigen.
  • Iemand die telefonisch de klant uit zijn/haar stress situatie kan helpen. Door de vastberadenheid in je stem straal je ontegensprekelijk vertrouwen uit.
  • Iemand die technisch onderlegd is, een bekwame klusser is, en werkt uitvoert als was het voor hemzelf, en die fier is op het opgeleverde resultaat.
  • Iemand die weet dat een probleem pas echt opgelost is wanneer de initiële oorzaak is gevonden.
  • Iemand die graag de zaken zelfstandig en stevig vastpakt, maar uiteraard steeds rekening houdt met de rest van het team
Wie ben je? Welke kwaliteiten heb je absoluut?
  • Positieve & enthousiaste ingesteldheid
  • Leergierig
  • Iemand met een vlotte tweetalige pen (NL/FR) en met een goed gesproken Frans als absolute must (in het frans of tweetalig opgevoed is een voordeel) – drietaligheid NL/FR/EN is uiteraard meegenomen en in een aantal situaties ook nodig.
  • Ervaring in de Horecasector is een groot voordeel.
  • Ervaring in een IT gerelateerde job (of de nodige voorkennis hiervoor). Een (WiFi) netwerk, een PC, een Mac, een Tablet (iOS en Android) heeft voor jou (weinig of) geen geheimen. Je kan dit zelfstandig instellen en installeren.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, …) heeft weinig of geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Je woont in een straal van 10km rond Merelbeke
  • Je hebt een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden.
  • Je hebt een Rijbewijs B
Wat zijn je bijkomende troeven?
  • Ervaring in de horeca (in een managementfunctie)
  • Je bent onmiddellijk beschikbaar
Hoe ziet je takenpakket eruit?
  • Als support medewerker kunnen de klanten bij jou terecht met hun specifieke functionele vragen. Je bent specialist ter zake.
  • Als support medewerker kunnen de klanten bij jou terecht met hun technische vragen. Je filtert de telefonisch op te lossen van de niet-telefonisch op te lossen zaken. Voor deze laatste wordt bekeken of jij of een van je collega’s ter plaatse bij de klant gaat, met als enige doel de klant zo snel als mogelijk opnieuw operationeel krijgen.
  • Als ‘technical support engineer’ zal je installaties voorbereiden op kantoor en zal je deze zoals verwacht door je collega’s en de klant overhandigen aan de technieker.
    Het gaat hier zowel over netwerken – soms enkel een router, soms een uitgebreid netwerk met meerdere acces points – als over kassasystemen, camerabewaking en betaalterminals.
  • Als consultant leg je aan de klant uit hoe hij het beste het systeem kan configureren en doe je dit uiteraard ook zelf waar nodig.
  • Als teamplayer begrijp je de noodzaak van een punctuele administratie rond de uitgevoerde taken.
  • Je komt in een beurtrol terecht om ’s avonds en in het weekend de klanten te woord te staan.

Door je professionele aanpak slaag je erin om in geen tijd een stresserende probleemsituatie om te toveren tot een feilloos systeem. Indien dit vanop afstand niet lukt zorgt een team van gedreven techniekers hiervoor.
