YOUR ROLE As a HRIS Engagement Manager at Capgemini Belgium, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of HRIS projects, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. For this position you will play a key role in: Understanding client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand. Lead HRIS implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring a qualitative end-product that is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Play a central role in building, maintaining and enhancing client relationships and working collaboratively with solution architects, functional & technical leads in creating a fitting and competitive service offering. Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Managing the financial outlook of the project and report on this to the Capgemini senior management. Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with technical, functional, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery. YOUR PROFILE Minimum 8 years of experience in HRIS project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors/SAP HR solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams ability to respond to RFP and having estimation capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
