BDO Digital Technologies maakt deel uit van de BDO Digital afdeling die instaat voor het geven van advies, en de realisatie ervan, rond digitale transformatie bij onze klanten. De afdeling Technologies draagt zorg voor een vertaling van de wensen van de klanten in een doordachte en performante ICT-oplossing die we in een volgende stap mee realiseren of helpen de klanten nieuwe mogelijkheden ontdekken voor verbetering van hun werking. Dankzij onze pragmatische aanpak bezorgen we onze klanten een efficiënte oplossing, compleet van analyse tot implementatie. Op die manier groeien we uit tot een effectieve en betrouwbare partner van onze klanten.
Ons team bestaat uit erg gedreven, enthousiaste, leergierige mensen in een goede mix tussen kennis/ervaring met het potentieel voor groei voor de medewerkers. Met onze ruime dienstenportfolio kunnen we volledige oplossingen aan onze klanten aanbieden die tegelijk ook onze medewerkers kansen bieden voor hun verdere ontwikkeling in technische dan wel menselijke en organisatorische onderdelen van klantenrelaties.
De uitdagingAls solution consultant / developer sta je in voor het uitwerken en ontwikkelen van oplossingen op conceptuele & technische vraagstukken van een klant. Je staat in voor de vertaalslag van een bedrijfsvoering vraagstuk naar een werkbare ICT-oplossing. Samen met een team, vanaf de analyse van bestaande systemen en processen, werk je mee aan het aanleveren en implementeren van de oplossingen. Onze oplossingen situeren zich in verschillende domeinen, waarbij iedereen uit het team de kans krijgt om meerdere domeinen te verkennen. Op dit moment zoeken we extra collega's in volgende domeinen:
- Applicatie integratie (met de tool WSO2). We koppelen software aan elkaar zodat data gesynchroniseerd kan worden. Hiervoor hebben we een eigen SaaS Integratieplatform ontwikkeld voor een betrouwbare en snelle implementatie bij nieuwe klanten.
- Data engineering en data science: het opzetten van data warehouses, bedrijfsrapportering en machine learning toepassingen.
- Process Automation met inzet van geïntegreerde RPA technologie van UiPath.
- Low-code development (OutSystems).
De snel evoluerende technologische wereld, maakt dat we steeds uitkijken naar recente en verwachte technologische ontwikkelingen binnen deze domeinen. Binnen de BDO Digital groep helpt iedereen mee om nieuwe uitdagingen en technologieën te verkennen om zo onze dienstenportfolio verder uit te diepen. Om projecten optimaal uit te voeren zal je je kennis en expertise op peil houden. Dit gebeurt door interne en externe trainingen en verder door een intensieve kennisdeling binnen het team aan de hand van team-meetings.

Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een masterdiploma (bijvoorbeeld ingenieur, master informatica of handelsingenieur beleidsinformatica). Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en abstract denkvermogen, je bent communicatief, flexibel en resultaatgericht en bewust van de toegevoegde waarde van het werken in team om tot maximale resultaten te komen. Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent voldoende stressbestendig om ook oplossingen te vinden in crisissituaties. Je hebt zin om mee te bouwen aan een groeiende en innovatieve afdeling. Kennis van bovenstaande technologische domeinen is een pluspunt, maar geen must. Wel bezit je de nodige technologische affiniteit en nieuwsgierigheid om nieuwe technologieën aan te leren.
