Context

Airscan is a fast growing startup with the mission to improve health, well-being and sustainability of our society by measuring and improving Air Quality. Our main sectors of activity are smart and sustainable buildings & cities and industry. We have offices in Brussels and Kuala Lumpur.

We are currently looking for a full-time junior marketing executive to support our communication strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Understand our brand, customers, and products/services.
  • Create marketing content in English, French, and Dutch, including written, graphic, and video materials.
  • Photography, graphic design, and video content creation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (ideally Final Cut Pro too).
  • Assist in creating engaging written and visual content for social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, posting content frequently and responding to community interactions.
  • Update the company website using WordPress, improve SEO, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Utilize Google tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to track and analyze performance.
  • Support with email marketing campaigns and reports.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and banners.
  • Provide support during exhibitions, ensuring all marketing materials are up to date
Qualifications

We look for the right attitude: the ideal mix between a passion for the environment, technology (big data, cloud, IoT, analytics, BIM…) and creativity.

  • A positive attitude, team player with good interpersonal skills
  • French and/or Dutch speaking with good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, social media knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Good multitasking and organizational ability
  • You are a self-starter who can work autonomously
  • You have degree in Communication, Marketing or Graphic Design or equivalent in experience
