About The Job INNO is urgently looking for a Digital Business Analyst . Are you passionate about transforming business needs into smart digital solutions? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and commercial strategy? If yes, we want you on our team Your Mission : You’ll play a key role in shaping INNO’s e-commerce transformation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, business, UX/UI, and IT, to define requirements, optimize customer journeys, and deliver impactful digital experiences. What You’ll Do Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for digital improvement Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to clarify scope and priorities Translate concepts into clear user stories, epics, and functional requirements Validate feasibility and ensure alignment with technical and business objectives Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and developers in agile sprints Document “to-be” processes for operational readiness and training Support testing phases (functional and user acceptance) and resolve issues during development Monitor and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements What We’re Looking For Minimum Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce 4–5 years of experience in business analysis within digital/e-commerce projects Strong commercial experience and ability to unite cross-functional teams Passion for e-commerce (retail preferred) and deep understanding of customer needs Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and agile methodologies Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and agility Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence Why Join Us?
