Your Impact You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on managing business transformation projects. In this role, you will support the implementation of business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organizations. Your work will span sectors, ensuring long‑term project success. You will manage workstreams largely independently with support from a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will lead junior consultants, hold client meetings and workshops, and coach clients across organizations. You will be based in our McKinsey Brussels office as part of Orphoz, working closely with clients’ senior management and specialist departments. Our day‑to‑day work will support large companies and public entities who need to adapt their operating models to accelerated changes, combining agility, sustainable efficiency, and employee engagement. With only one third of transformations being successful and sustainable, you will work to change this. Orphoz helps leading private sector organizations execute business transformation programs through agile, efficient, and engaging methods. Your Qualifications and Skills Advanced graduate degree with strong academic background, ideally in engineering or business administration. 4+ years of experience in project delivery in a PMO, preferably in consulting, in implementation/transformation/change management projects. Qualifications in Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, and Jira are desirable. Initial experience at management level and ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions. Enjoying flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Dutch; additional languages such as French are highly preferred.
