This role puts you in the driver's seat—literally—visiting customer sites, solving problems, and ensuring energy keeps flowing.What You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of our energy solutions in the field. Your responsibilities include:Performing maintenance and repairs on energy storage systems and substations.Diagnosing issues, replacing components, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.Conducting inspections, visual checks, and technical measurements.Collaborating with support engineers to resolve complex faults.Logging service activity and keeping your service van fully equipped.Identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer support.You'll travel across Belgium (and occasionally neighboring countries) to provide top-level technical support, making every day dynamic and impactful.What We're Looking ForTechnical education (MBO 4, TSO/BSO, or similar) in Electrical Engineering.3+ years of experience in B2B field service or technical support.Knowledge of power electronics is a major plus.Valid B driving license.VCA VOL and NEN 3140/3840 certified (or willing to obtain).Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.Flexible with shifts, evenings, weekends, and travel within Belgium and nearby regions.You're independent, solution-oriented, and thrive on responsibility—ready to apply your expertise in a meaningful, future-focused sector.What We OfferCompetitive salary package with strong fringe benefits.Service van, laptop, and mobile phone.Training, career development, and access to an online learning platform.Meal vouchers, group insurance, and hospitalization coverage (Belgium).Sports activities and participation in events.An informal, friendly, and international work environment with real autonomy.Why This Role MattersYou'll keep the energy systems of tomorrow running today.
