VerantwoordelijkhedenJe beheert en coördineert meerdere projecten gedurende de volledige looptijd (studie, uitvoering, overdracht en indienststelling) met ondersteuning van PMO officerJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de scope management, het budget en de planning van deze projecten: ¤ Je helpt mee de globale scope van het programma te bewaken ¤ Je stelt het totaalbudget, jaarbudgetten en deelbudgetten op en bewaakt en herziet deze ¤ Je stelt een globale planning, jaarplanningen en deelplanningen op rekening houdend met ressources, budget en deadlinesJe beheert de mogelijke risico's en problemen op het vlak van veiligheid, planning en budget.Je organiseert en leidt de coördinatievergaderingen van het projectteam (interne medewerkers, leveranciers en onderaannemers) met betrekking tot taakverdeling, timing en opvolging van de werkzaamheden tot aan de oplevering van het projectJe volgt de planning nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.Je past hierbij de project governance processen en procedures toe die binnen de organisatie gedefinieerd zijn (project charters, project scope documents, Change Requests, …)Je rapporteert op zeer regelmatige basis aan de Program Manager en de directie over de evolutie van de projectenJe werkt mee aan de kennisoverdracht en het uitwisselen van ervaringen binnen de verschillende afdelingenJe werkt in een tweetalige werkomgevingVereistenJe hebt gedegen ervaring met het coördineren en beheren van grote technische projecten, met ten minste 20 jaar ervaring.U moet ten minste 10 jaar ervaring hebben met het beheer van Seininrichtingsprojecten, waaruit uw specifieke expertise op het gebied van ETCS L1 en/of ETCS L2 projecten blijkt.Je hebt een grondige kennis van de technische aspecten van spoorwegsignalisatie en aanverwante technologieën, waaronder:Diepgaande kennis van signaleringssystemen van ETCS L1 en/of L2.Aantoonbare ervaring op vlak van documentbeheer (documentatieplan) van de projecten, met ondersteuning bij de certificering ISA / NoBo / CE en projectbeheer volgens de CENELEC-normen EN 50126 / 50128 / 50129.Kennis van de principes en de componenten van spoorwegsignalering, zoals detectieapparatuur, bakens, seinen, spoorstroomkringen, enz.Kennis van internationale normen en voorschriften met betrekking tot spoorwegsignalering, zoals Europese normen en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.U hebt een uitgebreid netwerk van professionele contacten uitgebouwd, waardoor u over een uitgebreid adresboek beschikt (Infrabel, NMBS, Siemens, Alstom, andere spoorwegoperatoren actief in België) om de uitvoering van het Masterplan ETCS te ondersteunen.Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, Sharepoint en Outlook) en hebt praktische ervaring met MS Project.U bent zeer analytisch en kritisch.Je bent communicatief, diplomatiek en een teamspeler.U ontwikkelt langetermijnrelaties met de verschillende belanghebbenden.U bent in staat om zelfstandig en proactief te werken.U prioriteert uw eigen taken en opdrachten volgens duidelijke regels en termijnen.U neemt de nodige stappen om uw kennis en vaardigheden op uw vakgebied te ontwikkelen.U bent methodisch in het implementeren van bestaande processen.Kennis van Nederlands en Frans
