We're looking for an experienced Software Solution Specialist / IT Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value IT initiatives within a dynamic, international environment. What You'll DoAs a key technical expert, you will drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of software solutions across corporate business domains.Your role includes: Fit-gap analyses to assess configuration vs. custom development Translating user stories → functional & technical requirements Leading software integration across systems & platforms Coordinating with vendors, architects, and development teams Contributing to solution architecture & product roadmap Ensuring compliance with IT security & technology standards Supporting testing for domain-specific features when needed What You BringEducation & LanguagesBachelor's/Master's in Applied IT (electricity specialization = strong plus)Fluent French or Dutch, with excellent EnglishExperienceSeveral years as an IT Project Manager (RFI/RFP processes, product selection, implementation oversight)Strong experience with standard market software productsAbility to collaborate with architects & developersProven expertise with Prince2, Agile methodologiesSkilled in writing functional designs and specificationsYour Strengths Analytical mindset & strong organizational skills Excellent communication—technical, conceptual, and management-level Customer-oriented, autonomous, able to work in international & remote teams Willingness to travel abroad a few days per month Curiosity for the latest IT advancementsNice to Have Experience in the energy, electricity, or asset management sectors
