As an IT Project Manager, you will take charge of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your responsibilities include: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to align expectations and achieve goals. Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth project delivery. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, manage resources efficiently, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders. Agile Methodologies: Champion Agile practices to enhance team collaboration, deliver iterative improvements, and maintain flexibility in project execution. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be an IT Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex projects in the banking or financial services sector. You will have: A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within banking, fintech, or a related industry. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are required; additional certifications like SAFe or ITIL are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello, and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Confluence or Microsoft Teams. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives. An understanding of banking technologies, digital transformation, and IT governance frameworks.
