We need youThe project:Our client in the utilities sector, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to strengthen their team.Responsibilities:Writing Project Briefs or Project DefinitionsPlan & Coordination of the projectManagement of dependencies inside project and between projectsManagement of coordination of the project members and IT resourcesDetect and mitigate Risks and issuesProject communication, including management reportingFollow-up and updating the business case, including scope & financial management (defining budget, follow-up of the budget, alignment with the sponsor(s)...)Guarantee the quality of the end products and the quality of corporate processesAnalysis of change requests on the projectFirst contact point for the project sponsorInteraction between internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for creating buy-in for the project and be present in touchpoint meetings with stakeholdersIs this you?Proven experience in the energy marketDemonstrated experience in leading and guiding projectsSolid track record in end-to-end project managementProven expertise with MIG6 / MIG DGO processesStrong knowledge of project-management terminology, organisation, roles and methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, ...)The candidate holds at least one of the following certifications: Prince2 Foundation, Prince2 practitioner, or Prince2 AgileExperience in a coordination role within a MIG6 project (DGO or Supplier) is a strong asset and will be used as a key differentiator between candidates.How afarax supports you?You benefit from our extensive networkYou will have access to projects that fit your expertiseWe help and support you throughout your projectWe offer the possibility to build a valuable and lasting partnershipCheck out more projects on: https://afarax.be/jobs/type/freelance/
