Job Description:

This Sales & Business Development Manager has the following responsibility areas:

As a pivotal role between customer and our factories you:

  1. Monitor closely market trends and identify, through your contacts and network, opportunities.
  2. Track through marketing events (fairs, mailings) potential leads and customers.
  3. Discuss your customer requests with the quotation service who make adjustments where necessary and possible until the solution fully meets the expectations of the customer.
  4. Give presentations to customers about our possibilities, products, and total solutions.

From your proven commercial role you:

  1. Are responsible for the entire sales cycle from application to closing.
  2. Build strong and lasting customer relationships to be able to anticipate new customer needs in a timely manner.
  3. Develop marketing programs for your market.
  4. Prepare budget for the designated countries and initiate the actions required.
  5. Grow and support the agents/distribution network.

For this challenging and exciting position, we are looking for:

  1. A mature and seasoned professional.
  2. With technical knowledge of high voltage systems.
  3. Strong communicative skills and stress resistance.
  4. Bachelor/Master with economic or technical background and relevant experience in the field.
  5. Experience in building customer relationships.
  6. Ability to negotiate with people of different levels (purchasers, technicians, etc.).
  7. Eager to work in a technical environment.
  8. Result-oriented, with perseverance.
  9. Able to build and strengthen the relationship with the customer as a basis for future cooperation opportunities.
