ERP Business Development Manager
A leading provider in the healthcare sector, working with a vast network of hospitals and private practices, is looking for an ERP Business Development Manager. This role will focus on driving the growth and sales of SAP-based ERP solutions to hospitals across the Benelux region, specifically in the financial and logistics management domain.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Software Solutions team and other operational and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ERP product line.
- Support Key Account Managers in managing relationships with existing clients.
- Stay updated on digital trends and new technologies within the hospital and healthcare sector, understanding how these impact hospital operations and ERP needs.
- Analyze the ERP requirements of hospitals, develop new opportunities, and prepare offers in close collaboration with the Bid team.
- Evaluate the feasibility, profitability, and value of new offerings.
- Leverage your knowledge of hospital processes and organizational dynamics to create high-value proposals and successfully close sales deals.
- Monitor the development of hospital networks' operations and processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions, with a focus on quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of the hospital sector and its unique needs.
- Proficient in SAP technology, including finance and logistics modules.
- Experience engaging with directors and decision-makers in hospital networks.
- Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build customer trust in the ERP solution.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A Master's degree is preferred, but not essential.
