As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of the corporate team, where we support our consultants throughout their journey.What is your role?You will join a team of three people, all motivated by the same goal of meeting future colleagues and creating an exciting career path for them. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will:Analyze business needs,Determine a sourcing strategy and search for candidates, primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, while building your network,Lead interviews to learn more about the candidates and represent CBTW,Present shortlisted candidates to Account Managers and select the best talents,Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and candidates meet with hiring managers, and provide relevant feedback after each step,Prepare and present offers, as well as handling negotiations and contract signings,Participate in job fairs and other events, representing CBTW,Actively participate within the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with your colleagues, contributing to team dynamics and participating in joint training sessions,Define a recruitment strategy,Work on internal projects and employer branding initiatives.What is your profile?You have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology,You speak Dutch and English fluently, and ideally have a good level in French,Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector,Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation,Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset that allow you to interact with candidates in a natural and professional manner,Plenty of empathy and the ability to exude confidence to both candidates and colleagues,A proactive attitude: you take initiative, bring things together and take responsibility,A solution-oriented attitude and a real team player,In short: you describe yourself as goal-oriented and people-orientedYou will be an excellent candidate if you share our values: Positive thinking, collaboration, evolution and commitment.What do we offer?Evolution:Personalized follow-up throughout your career at CBTW,Access to a catalog of training opportunities for both hard and soft skills, private language classes, unlimited access to e-learning platforms (Udemy, O'Reilly, etc.), and the opportunity to earn certifications each year (Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).Collaboration:Join one of our communities to pursue your hobbies or share your interests with other positive thinkers.Opportunities for international collaboration.On top of that:A competitive salary with a flexible package (bonuses, mobile plan, group insurance, etc.),The opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic team of people passionate about the latest technologies and innovation.Do you see a match?
