**| Your challenges?**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in the development of our activity in the life sciences industry. You will work closely with TMC management team in order to support and step up the recruitment workload.

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Defining and implementing a recruitment strategy to attract talents
- Proposing new recruitment methods, developing partnerships with schools, participating in recruitment events
- Participating in the continuous improvement of our processes
- Working in close collaboration with other TMC’s offices

We offer you a real hands-on experience where your role is key and your opinion is highly valued. Additional possibilities to move on to more sales-related roles afterward.

**| What do we expect from you?**:
The minimum required skills necessary for this role:

- BSc or Master degree with an experience or a passion for the Life Sciences Industry
- Ideally, you have experience in recruitment within an engineering company or a technical consultancy firm
- You speak fluently in Dutch and English (both languages are required for this position)
- You are highly motivated, and you are eager to prove yourself all over again
- You have excellent written and communication skills, you are rigorous, autonomous and proactive
- You are a true leader and a team player
