**Your daily job**:
- You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Additionally, you will prepare offers, manage contract administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Depending on your ambition and curiosity, you can also participate in recruitment and HR projects.
**Your profile**:
- You are fluent in French and Dutch, with proficiency in English.
- You have a passion for connecting with people and selecting the right talent.
- You possess a natural appetite for organizing, planning, and coordinating.
- Your strong negotiation and communication skills set you apart.
