What you'll do
As a
**Talent Acquisition Specialist** you will play a key role in the company's growth ambitions.
**Your role**:
- Responsible for the attraction and recruitment of talent for multiple departments within the company;
- Act as a business partner and sparring partner on talent acquisition for the management team;
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment process with multiple stakeholders, aligning progress with recruitment leaders, strong project management, and clear, standardized reporting and communication;
- Represent the company as an ambassador, and play an active role in job fairs, university programs and career events;
- Manage and develop relationships with industry partners and organizations on personnel issues such as career development, talent management, recruitment, etc.;
- Build and actively manage a talent pool of freelancers, job seekers and recent graduates.
Who we're looking for
**Your profile**:
- You have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the recruitment of Digital, Marketing or Consulting profiles;
- You have extensive knowledge of employer branding and talent management;
- You are a good communicator and fluent in English, Dutch and French;
- You have a continuous learning mindset and are a problem solver able to build bridges and make suggestions;
- You have excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines;
- You have a keen interest in the media and advertising sector;
- You are a dynamic, energetic team player with a passion for people and talent management;
- You have a positive attitude and combine strong organisational skills with interpersonal skills;
