Join a leading technology actor specializing in cybersecurity We are actively seeking a Sales Administration Executive to join an innovative international company specializing in cybersecurity. Based in Ghent, you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up of an existing client portfolio. You will play a key role in contract renewals, strengthening client relationships, and monitoring payments. Your responsibilities: Ensure contract renewals: anticipating deadlines, follow-ups, monitoring purchase orders, etc. Maintain strong client relationships through rigorous follow-up of actions and related documentation. Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure effective customer credit control, including payment monitoring, reminders, and collection actions. Accurately document every stage of the sales cycle and streamline internal processes. Update and ensure the reliability of data in the CRM and internal tools. Your profile: Higher degree in business, management, or communication Proven experience in sales administration or B2B commercial support, ideally in the digital sector Ability to interact effectively with strategic and multicultural clients Strong knowledge of sales-related administrative processes (contracts, quotes, orders, invoicing, reporting), as well as office and CRM tools Excellent command of French and English (C1 level minimum); Spanish is a valuable asset Strong organizational, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Excellent client relationship management with a proactive and personalized approach Strong interpersonal skills, focused on client retention and satisfaction Interest in international environments and intercultural exchanges Our offer: Permanent contract (CDI) within a human-sized, agile, multicultural organization with a strong international impact An attractive remuneration package including various extra-legal benefits: meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, hospitalization insurance, mobility budget and more High flexibility and remote working days Are you interested in this great opportunity?
