Le poste
Le/la Project Manager joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des projets du site de production à Bruxelles, avec un double périmètre : les activités CDMO, en assurant le suivi des projets clients, et les projets internes stratégiques liés à l'évolution du site post-acquisition. Rattaché(e) au Senior Project Manager, il/elle est l'interface principale entre les équipes internes et les clients externes, garantissant la coordination des ressources, des délais et des livrables. Ce poste demande une forte agilité, un excellent sens du relationnel et la capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique avec des deadlines exigeantes.
- Piloter et coordonner les projets liés aux activités CDMO, en veillant à la bonne exécution des engagements clients, ainsi que les projets internes d'évolution du site post-acquisition.
- Assurer l'interface avec les clients CDMO, organiser les kick-offs, gérer les demandes et garantir un suivi rigoureux de l'avancement des projets.
- Superviser l'ensemble du cycle projet, du suivi des livrables au respect des délais, en assurant la coordination entre l'équipe Engineering, MSAT, production, supply chain, qualité et sous-traitants.
- Anticiper et gérer les risques projet, proposer des plans d'actions et remonter les informations critiques aux parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Animer les réunions projet, assurer un reporting efficace et veiller à l'alignement des différentes équipes pour garantir la réussite des initiatives.
- Diplôme de niveau Master (en ingénierie, biotechnologie, gestion de projet ou autre).
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement en environnement industriel (CDMO ou pharma/GMP est un plus).
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec des compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) ; la connaissance de Power BI est un atout.
- Capacité à gérer des projets dans un environnement rapide et exigeant, avec une approche proactive, agile et orientée solutions.
Fin 2024, Novo Nordisk a acquis le site de fabrication Catalent Belgium SA. Le site fait désormais partie de Novo Nordisk et a entamé sa transition pour devenir un site de fabrication pleinement intégré à Novo Nordisk. Pour faciliter cette intégration, l'équipe d'intégration du site Brownfield pour Bruxelles (BSI Bruxelles) a été créée, avec la responsabilité de l'intégration locale et de la maximisation de la capacité en collaboration avec l'équipe locale.
