The expansion of the Finance & Controlling Department means we are now looking to recruit a new Master Data Specialist in Visé, Belgium and reporting to the Master Data Manager.

  • Do you have knowledge in SAP MM?
  • Can you work with MDG for SAP?
  • Do you have experience in Data Governance?
  • Do you have a structured and data-driven mind?

As a Master Data Specialist, you'd be a business partner to all central business process owners in order to enhance KI-wide material master data governance and state-of-the-art procedures (where applicable in the framework of Iphofen GPO requirements) to enable all business owners to run their processes smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead or participate in various cross-functional material master data projects, e.g. initiated by continuous projects.
  • Consult ongoing projects in terms of master data requirements and employ best practices in their ways of working, e.g. initiate respective fit/gap analyses.
  • Support and enforce the overall material master data architecture (policies, rules, models, and standards to collect material master data).
  • Ensure the data quality in SAP MDG for all material change requests.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of master data requirements in our product lifecycle management processes.
  • Participate in smart automation projects to transform existing MDM activities to automated, digitalized processes where applicable.

  • Degree or certification in data management, business studies, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP MM.
  • Expert command of English.
  • Capacity to communicate with precision and to interpret the data.
  • Proven track record of implementing projects.
