Voor onze productie site te Ninove zijn we op zoek naar een Production Data Specialist, die verantwoordelijk is voor een efficiënte planning en rapportage van onze productielijnen, zowel op korte, middellange als lange termijn. Als Production Data Specialist ben je een belangrijke spilfiguur binnen het productieproces, en heb je een mooie overview over de processflow en nodige verbeteringen voor de site. De functie
  • Je wordt in eerste instantie verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de productielijnen, waarbij je nauwgezet rekening houdt met lijncapaciteit, promoties en (seizoensgebonden) events. Voor het bakkerijsegment gaat dit voornamelijk om het bepalen en opvolgen van prognoses, terwijl je voor onze patisserieafdeling nog mee zal moeten werken aan het opzetten van een efficient planningssysteem.
  • Je evalueert mee de efficiëntie van jouw opgemaakte planningen aan de hand van analyse en rapportage over ons OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) cijfer. Ook food waste en leverbetrouwbaarheid zijn belangrijke KPI’s die door jou worden opgevolgd, en waaraan je de effectiviteit van jouw planningen toetst. Daarnaast ga je ook regelmatig in overleg met de meestergasten en mensen op de vloer om hun feedback te vragen.
  • Aan de hand van consistente analyse van jouw data en KPI’s werk je verbetervoorstellen uit, waarvoor je concrete actiepunten opstelt. Via trainingen zorg je ervoor dat deze actiepunten ook voldoende leven op de werkvloer, en dat het aantal manuele correcties zoveel mogelijk wordt gereduceerd.
  • Op basis van deze productieplanning zorg je voor een optimale doorstroom naar de personeels- en grondstoffenplanning. Hiervoor stem je structureel af met jouw collega’s van productie en herbevoorrading.
  • Na verloop van tijd maak je op basis van een efficiënte productieplanning ook een optimale personeelsplanning op. Hierdoor ben je ook nauw betrokken bij de uitrol en evaluatie van onze gekozen IT tool (Protime).
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor de Key User SAP, en biedt ook mee ondersteuning aan systeemgerelateerde werkprocessen.

Als Productie Data Specialist rapporteer je aan de Production Execution Specialist.

Vereisten
  • Je bezit minimum een Master diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring in een planmatige/analytische functie (binnen een productiebedrijf) is een grote troef.
  • Je excelleert in het werken met en analyseren van data, waarvoor je dagelijks gebruik maakt van Excel, en bij voorkeur ook PowerBI.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk procesmatig inzicht, en gaat hierdoor steeds gestructureerd tewerk met oog voor details.
  • Via jouw goede communicatieve vaardigheden en actiegerichtheid zet je deze data efficient om naar bruikbare info en adviezen op verschillende niveaus in de organisatie (van plant management tot werkvloer).
  • Je bent systeemtechnisch sterk, en door jouw leergierige ingesteldheid hou je ervan om je te verdiepen in nieuwe tools. Kennis van SAP en/of Objective is een grote troef.
