Onze klant is marktleider in kwalitatieve geneesmiddelen voor verschillende therapeutische domeinen: Cardiologie, Diabetologie, Allergologie, Gastro-enterologie, Traumatologie en Reumatologie.
Een sterk groeiend bedrijf dat dankzij de kwaliteit van hun producten en de uitstekende prestaties van hun team een bevoorrechte relatie uitbouwde met artsen en laboratoria voor medische analyse.
De bedrijfscultuur wordt door de vele interne promoties bevestigd: de meeste kaderfuncties worden ingevuld door medewerkers die in het bedrijf startten als medische informateur.
De Product Manager zal marketingstrategieën en -activiteiten uitwerken om zo de winst, omzet en het marktaandeel te vergroten.
Verantwoordelijkheden:- Marketing Product Plannen: ontwikkelen van realistische en consistente strategische marketingplannen die in lijn zijn met de strategie van Corporate.
- Operationeel Marketingplan: ontwikkelen en implementeren van een operationeel plan om zo de vooropgestelde objectieven te halen. Samenwerken met het sales departement is hiervoor belangrijk.
- Het ontwikkelen en presenteren van promotiematerialen die gebruikt zullen worden door het Sales Departement.
- Interne communicatie – zowel met de medisch afgevaardigden alsook met andere departementen (medical, legal, compliance,…).
- Erkend worden als Product Marketing Expert door het ontwikkelen en voortdurend updaten van de kennis van het product, de markt en het therapeutisch domein.
- Zorgen dat alle activiteiten voldoen aan de wettelijke eisen en ethische normen.
- Je hebt ervaring als medisch afgevaardigde GP / SP – (voorschrift plichtige) geneesmiddelen, ervaring als PM is mooi meegenomen
- Tweetalig FR/NL met goede kennis van Engels.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master Diploma Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur of een paramedisch diploma.
- Je bent een doener. Je onderneemt. Je bent proactief, kritisch en dynamisch.
- Je bent een open communicator, overtuigend en doelgericht.
- In een omgeving met deadlines weet je prioriteiten te stellen en je te organiseren.
- Je werkt zowel autonoom en kan tegelijkertijd in team objectieven nastreven.
- In deze functie zijn teamspirit, communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden onontbeerlijk.
