Jij bent supergepassioneerd door data en technologie en je voelt je helemaal thuis in een omgeving die snel evolueert. Klopt dat? Wel, dan ben je welkom in onze vacature van Data Steward Ecosystems in ons Digital Products-team.

Via KBC-mobile bieden we financiële en niet-financiële digitale producten en diensten aan van partners. Denk aan mobiliteitsdiensten zoals tickets voor De Lijn en NMBS, of de integratie van KBC-producten via partners zoals Tesla en Polestar. We gaan zelfs nog een stapje verder en bouwen heuse ecosystemen voor mobiliteit, huisvesting en energie.

Als Data Steward speel je een sleutelrol in het beheren en optimaliseren van de gegevensstromen binnen deze ecosystemen. Jouw missie: de principes van goed datamanagement promoten, datageletterdheid verhogen en je collega’s ondersteunen bij het nemen van datagedreven beslissingen.

Je rapporteert aan de Delivery Manager en maakt deel uit van het managementteam. Je werkt nauw samen met onze data-analist, die de functie van Data Steward nu op zich neemt. Hij zal ook voor jouw on-the-job-training zorgen. Je kan ook terugvallen op onze systeemarchitect om architecturale vragen rond data op te lossen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?
  • Je bent actief lid van de data steward-community van KBC: je neemt deel aan vergaderingen en bouwt zelf een netwerk op met de juiste contacten, zodat je snel aan de data-gerelateerde informatie geraakt die je nodig hebt en collega’s je weten te vinden als er vragen voor jou zijn.
  • Je bevordert de datageletterdheid en moedigt via allerlei initiatieven medewerkers van digitale producten aan om meer datagericht te werken.
  • Je verwerft inzicht in de gegevens die door Digital Products worden beheerd, identificeert de gegevensbehoeften van je collega’s en ondersteunt hen.
  • Je vertaalt zakelijke vereisten naar een passend databeleid en biedt ondersteuning aan data owners bij het definiëren van databehoeften voor projecten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correct gebruik van gegevens en onderzoekt mogelijkheden om ons gegevensbeheer verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat onze gegevens correct beschermd worden, en dat de GDPR-wetgeving gevolgd wordt.
Jouw troeven?
  • Je hebt een passie voor data en een datagedreven mindset. Ervaring met datamanagement en kennis van GDPR zijn een grote plus.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in third party propositions en ecosystemen.
  • Een snel veranderende en baanbrekende omgeving vind je geweldig. Verandering geeft je energie.
  • Gestructureerd werken? Yes, please Maar even gemakkelijk pas jij je aan als er zich andere prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je leert snel nieuwe materie en staat te popelen om je kennis uit te breiden.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en past je moeiteloos aan verschillende stakeholders aan.
  • Nederlands en Engels schrijven en spreken, dat gaat vlot.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma.
