De verzekeringssector staat voor een nieuwe grote sprong in de digitale transformatie. KBC heeft zich de afgelopen jaren onderscheiden op het vlak van digitale transformatie met de lancering van KBC Mobile en digitale assistente Kate.
Als verzekeraar zetten we sterk in om een top 3-speler te worden in de Belgische niet-levensverzekeringsmarkt en onze top 2-positie in de levensverzekeringsmarkt behouden. Die doelstelling willen we realiseren met een ambitieus transformatieprogramma, Insurance The Next Level. Binnen dit programma zetten we stevig in op data gebruiken en hierbij hebben we jouw hulp nodig.
Jouw focus in het datateam voor verzekeringen wordt dataconsumptie faciliteren. Denk aan warme leads doorgeven aan agenten of verzekeringsdata voeden aan Kate. Een job waarin je met veel verschillende collega’s nauw samenwerkt en rechtstreeks bijdraagt tot het succes van onze datastrategie
- Je stuurt een internationaal Agile team inhoudelijk aan. Dat doe je in tandem met de scrummaster van het team, die de organisatorische en HR-aspecten voor diens rekening neemt.
- Samen met het databeleidsteam en de stakeholders van de Leven, Niet-Leven en commerciële directie ontwikkel je een duidelijke visie.
- Je vertaalt die visie naar een concrete, geprioriteerde backlog voor je team, waarin business noden en technische mogelijkheden in balans zijn. Ook van de backlogs van andere teams blijf je op de hoogte.
- Naar je team toe vertegenwoordig jij de eindgebruiker. Je ondersteunt je team tijdens de implementatie om de kwaliteit op te leveren die de opdrachtgevers verwachten.
- Je vertaalt de business-strategie mee naar datarealisaties. Welke data, acces layer … hebben we nodig om de juiste leads, dashboards, AI-modellen te maken?
- Je hebt een bachelor- of een masterdiploma en ervaring met dataprojecten, bij voorkeur als product owner of een gelijkaardige rol. Agile werken en Jira zijn jou niet vreemd.
- Verzekeringen, lead generation, business requirements capteren, datarealisaties … het zijn thema’s die je boeien. Heb je er ook een goede kennis over? Nog beter
- Opdrachten benader je met een open, deskundige blik. Je bedenkt oplossingen waar opdrachtgevers nog niet aan dachten. Tegelijk breng je structuur aan en bepaal je vlot wat de prioriteiten zijn.
- Je kan ideeën duidelijk en overtuigend verwoorden, zowel in Nederlands als in het Engels. Je communiceert efficiënt en verbindend met iedereen.
- Collega’s laten samenwerken met respect voor afspraken, meningsverschillen verzoenen, onderhandelen met stakeholders … Het lukt je vlot.
- Je toont veerkracht en aanpassingsvermogen.
