In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van het securitybeleid binnen een complexe en dynamische omgeving. Over de job • Adviseren van het senior management over alle security-gerelateerde topics en het opvolgen van relevante wetgeving • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bijsturen van business continuity plannen • Coördineren van en deelnemen aan regionale business continuity simulaties • Adviseren bij securityvoorwaarden voor nieuwe projecten (nieuwe locaties, renovaties, uitbreidingen)• Ondersteunen van lokaal management bij security-incidenten en uitwerken van corrigerende maatregelen • Organiseren en leiden van security- en compliance-audits • Onderzoeken van compliance-incidenten • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij onderzoeken door politie en andere autoriteiten • Uitvoeren en beheren van risico-analyses • Beheren van security-materiaal en certificeringen • Samenwerken over departementen heen en ondersteunen van Sales bij security-gerelateerde topics (o.a. RFQ's)• Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor achtergrondscreenings en veiligheidsverificaties in samenwerking met HR • Aanpassen van securityprocedures in functie van specifieke klantvereisten • Sensibiliseren van medewerkers en implementeren van security awareness trainingen • Implementeren van securityvereisten voor subcontractors in samenwerking met Operations en Procurement • Professioneel contact onderhouden met overheidsinstanties bij ernstige incidenten • Proactief verbeterpunten detecteren en deze vertalen naar concrete acties voor directie en werkvloer • Optreden als zichtbare en alerte security manager binnen de organisatie Wie zoeken we?• Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van security-regelgeving binnen transport en supply chain • Je handelt met een hoog niveau van integriteit en discretie • Je beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden en kan overtuigend adviseren • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht • Je bent stressbestendig en kan omgaan met crisissituaties • Je hebt een basiskennis van financiële en administratieve processen • Je bent vlot drietalig: Nederlands, Frans en Engels • Je bent flexibel qua werktijden en bereikbaar buiten de klassieke kantooruren indien nodig Wat krijg je terug?
