Nous sommes un établissement unique, une Petite Grand Palace, incarnant l'élégance, le raffinement et un service irréprochable. Avec 20 chambres, dont des suites, et 10 appartements-hôtels, notre priorité est d'offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle, où chaque détail compte.

Poste : Responsable du Service Clientèle

Missions principales :

  • Superviser et coordonner les équipes d'arrivées, réception, conciergerie, portiers, bagagistes et hôtesses du service clientèle.
  • Garantir une expérience client d'excellence en anticipant leurs besoins et en résolvant toute problématique avec réactivité et professionnalisme.
  • Former et motiver les équipes pour maintenir un service de haut niveau, en accord avec les standards d'un palace.
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements pour assurer une parfaite coordination des opérations.
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des réservations via le système POS MEWS (super user-friendly).
  • Veiller à ce que l'attitude et la présentation de chaque membre de l'équipe reflètent les valeurs et l'image de l'établissement.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en réception ou conciergerie dans des établissements haut de gamme ou de luxe.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et communication.
  • Attitude irréprochable et sens aigu du service client.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant tout en restant calme et professionnel.
  • Connaissance du système POS MEWS est un atout majeur.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ; une troisième langue est un plus.
  • Poste à pourvoirimmédiatement.
  • Salaire brut : 3 000 € / mois.
  • Poste à plein temps, basé dans un cadre prestigieux et inspirant.
