Dan ben jij misschien wel de persoon die we zoeken om de rol van Communicatie Coördinator bij Vivium te vervullen en ons team te versterken in het ontwikkelen van het Vivium-merk

We zoeken iemand die gepassioneerd is om marketingprojecten te coördineren, de ontwikkeling van een sterk merk te ondersteunen en alle aspecten van B2B- en B2C-communicatie aan te pakken.

Jij bent:

  • Gepassioneerd door alle aspecten van communicatie.
  • In staat om communicatie-/marketingprojecten en belangrijke evenementen te coördineren en te beheren.
  • Pragmatisch en doelgericht in je projectaanpak.
  • Uitstekend in communicatie en in staat om teams en partners te aligneren naar een gemeenschappelijk doel.
  • Autonoom en verantwoordelijk ingesteld.
  • Op zoek naar een betekenisvolle baan binnen het bedrijf.
  • Gemotiveerd om deel uit te maken van een jong en dynamisch team.

Jouw taken:

  • Je zet, onder begeleiding van de Brand Lead, het volledige communicatie- en activatieplan om in actie en zorgt voor een goede uitvoering van alle onderdelen.
  • Je werkt aan projecten en evenementen van begin tot einde, in nauwe samenwerking met interne medewerkers (copywriters, marketeers, evenemententeam, ...) en externe partijen. Je bent aanwezig op locatie om ervoor te zorgen dat het project/evenement soepel verloopt.
  • Je volgt de prestaties van communicatieacties en sponsor evenementen op, analyseert de resultaten en stelt rapporten op in samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders, om de effectiviteit van de campagnes te evalueren en verbeteringen aan te bevelen.
  • Je zorgt voor consistentie en continuïteit van het Vivium-merk in al je acties en je bent proactief in het aanbrengen van nieuwe ideeën ter ondersteuning en ontwikkeling van het merk.

In deze rol is het belangrijk om een concept te begrijpen en te kunnen vertalen naar concrete actieplannen:

  • Een eerste ervaring in het coördineren van marketing- en communicatieprojecten.
  • Tweetalig NL/FR; Hoewel de meeste activiteiten in het Nederlands plaatsvinden, is een heel goede kennis van het Frans belangrijk.
  • Uitstekende projectmanager in marketingcommunicatie, in staat om verschillende componenten en betrokken partijen te coördineren binnen strakke deadlines.
  • Praktische ervaring met B2B-communicatie en merkstrategie is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en respecteert vastgestelde deadlines.
  • Diplomatiek in jouw aanpak, teamplayer en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Elke ervaring in de verzekerings- of makelaarssector is een pluspunt.
